The history and development of the technology of search engine
The search engine server software are designed to make it easier for users to find the things on the Internet. Without search engines, many Web sites would be held by others and, in many cases, the information would be available for users to find and read.
The first tool, called the Internet search made Archie. Alan Emtage, a student at McGill University, created this application in 1990, which allows a database of file names on the Internet. Archie was the beginning of a long list of search engines with different properties and functions of the Internet to become what it is now allowed.
A simple idea has forever changed the Internet. Because people from different professions better idea of internet research, Alan has started to change Internet itself. The Internet is replacing many forms of media, because the ability to be connected to date and best of all free, except for the monthly fee for the connection.
